1. What we collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to run the service:
- Account details you provide, such as email and display name.
- QR code content and customization data that you create.
- Technical logs that help us keep the service secure and performant.
2. How we use it
We only use your data to power the features you request, improve reliability, and support you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your data or use it to train unrelated AI systems.
3. Data retention
Generated content stays in your workspace until you delete it. We keep aggregated analytics and security logs for up to 30 days. If you close your account, we delete associated records within 14 days unless we are legally required to retain them longer.
4. Third-party services
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (such as Supabase and Vercel) to deliver the service. These services only access your data as needed to provide their hosting, authentication, and storage features.
5. Your choices
- Update or delete your QR codes directly from your dashboard.
- Contact us at support@qrunchable.com to access or erase your account data.
- Opt out of product updates by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
